thanks for including me in the conversation.............the garlic curry sounds great,,,,,,,,,,, what ingredients do you use in fry tharka.........

tharka = finely chopped/minced/grated ginger and garlic

Can also include other stuff though (maybe not in this case, but generally) such as cumin, fenugreek, red/green chillies, various spices etc.
