Kai - Competition

Ok.. so I have had a load of pictures back last night from the 100day plan shoot last weekend. I have had mixed reviews so far from friend's and family. I posted a photo last night on the ocuk fb page and it pretty much confirmed what I was kind of thinking.

The photo's has been heavily edited :( when "personally" I feel there was no need!

I will post a separate picture to the one I posted, to see if there is similar feedback. The rest of the pictures need to be stored away for now, as a few companies are looking to use them exclusively while others are for the 100day website - when launched :)

Anyway this weekend should be insane.

Friday - [potential shoot] with www.larissareis.net
Saturday - one on one training session with Kris Gethin
Sunday - one on one training session with Jim Stoppani & Lunch with Olympians

Plus I am on my sponsor's stand during body power

Bro, I know you don't like the editing, but it's all part of the industry surely. I don't think any model of any type gets away without some form of editing.

You look great though

P.S - On Friday, I'm going to come to your stand and demand a predator style mid-air handshake/arm wrestle

Arnie shake is on the card's bro :)

I should be hanging around that area but as its preview day I want to have a little nose around as I am stuck to the stand Sat/Sun. (apart from my one on one training sessions in the super gym - BOOM)

I plan on making full use of the free food and drink in the hospitality suite. My vest is staying firmly on throughout the weekend.

You there Sat or Sun?

So a week has passed following BP, and I took the whole week off. Was so weird not carrying Tupperware with me. I let go and had whatever I wanted. It was all out carnage- example I went for a 3 course meal, walked straight out of the restaurant straight into Krispy Kreme for a box of 12, followed by a block of cheese! (Don’t ask I had a major craving)

A great week with some serious water weight added, I still have a vague outline of what use to be abs but it’s time to add some mass.

Mentioned in another thread but the competition at BP we had running – there was one clear winner. It was not me; the winner was just in unreal shape. Something I simply could not compete with, funny enough it was the boy who kept under wraps.

Anyway there was a ton of highlights, so much so I hardly spent any time on my sponsors stand apart from Sunday – which got me in some hot water.

I did manage to have breakfast/ lunch with Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath & Kai Greene in the private suite. While blagging a one on one training session with Jim Stoppani.

Lunch with Ronnie ( was not impressed that I asked him could I borrow some of his own tomato sauce)

Quick snap with Kai before breakfast.

Then having a chat with Kai, asked to comment on a Musclemed production video :o

Anyway, it’s time to get my head down and start consuming a serious amount of calories for the next 8 – 12 months. Something I have never done before, staying lean and adding mass is not really an option it’s time to grow like a weed.

ill be honest I am a little apprehensive, as soon as I start to see my abs going, I think I am going panic and worry i am adding to much FAT. This is a complete new learning curve for me... so here goes!

Don't worry about it. You never reached maximum (year-round maintainable) leanness anyway, you could have become far more ripped, but you would have ended up looking too skinny and flat if you did. So you're gonna bulk up a bit, and then, next time round when you cut, you'll be able to go much lower bf% wise and will look awesome. And then you'll win those damned competitions!

Never fear the calories...
