So it worked and then it stopped working.
Here is a video of it: https://youtu.be/HVFqpd1O8ok
I ran water through the pump to bleed any air out, but even after 10 minutes it seems to me that the stream coming out of the high pressure hose still has some air in as it is not a perfect flow and it sort of gurgles.
There is definitely power coming in because when I change the pressure level from the gun I can hear the usual mechanical noise coming from the washer, indicating pressure change.

Not sure what to do next. I left it with water running freely through it as I write this post, hopefully bleed all air out, but don't have high hopes it would work.

Any ideas?

I'd say the starter capacitor since the motor is not running - you can find exploded diagrams of the part identity;
the pressure bypass valve is what I had go, whose symptoms are motor still running but no significant jet pressure

ergh the video has no motor noise ?

Not sure if the K5 suffers the same on/off switch issues as the K4 but pulling out (straight out) the on/off switch can resolve an issue where the unit doesn't seem to power up. Clips back in again thereafter.

Doesn't sound like this is the issue you have though but literally a 15 second check so just putting it out there for anyone else.

Maybe you have a stuck valve/plunger stopping the unit pressurising?
