Took the parents out shopping this morning as they hate driving round town, was outside waiting on them and seen a poor little dog outside the supermarket that looked like it hadn't ate in weeks, so doing a good deed I bought it 2 small tins of food and water.
Bit random I know, but I felt it was my good deed of the day, I decided to go jogging and left the parents back home, went for a quick jog to lose some of the Xmas weight and was driving home, turned the traction control off as I've heard its a waste if petrol for around town, went around a roundabout a bit heavy footed and the rear end went out (was real wet), over corrected too much and ended up hitting a pedestrian railings and spinning the car around.
Front bumper needs replaced, bonnet is bit pushed in at the corner and a fee dents down the drivers side has a few scrapes and dents. Luckily no one was involved and the car is repairable
.
keep thinking what if someone was at the pedestrian crossing
Serious eye opener, its a 320i se, gonna cost in the region of 400+ to get it back to looking well, gutted.
