kde mouseover

hi guys,

is there anyway to disable the mouseover effects of the taskbar (that huge white thing that pops up with the name of the app.) without disabling the tooltip that pops up when you hover over an icon and the name of the icon is shown in full?

i have tried the centrol centre and unticking "mouseover effects" but this also disables the tooltips.
