Chicken shish kebab is one of my faviourite foods, I've made it quite a few times at home.
As said it's just lemon juice, oil (I use olive), salt and pepper for the red cabbage and onion. Maybe a little sugar as well, then marinate it for at least an hour at room temp or 5-6h in the fridge.
