I keep getting a BSOD...
I have Vista and its a HP a6557.uk with an ATI Radeon HD 3650.
It Blue Screens and then when it reboots, I get this message come up:

BSOD_1.jpg

BSOD_2.jpg

I have had a new graphics card, Formatted the machine, and updated drivers...I have had to create this post 3 times as it's Blue Screened while i've been typing...

Its intermittant, wont happen for hours, then when it happens, it becomes frequent...please help as the message means NOTHING to me and I just wanna get it sorted...

Also, why do the photos come out poor quality on my TFT (HP w2007v) but fine on other monitors???

Hefner - I ain't got a clue what PSU i've got...

Blakka - I never thought of that...Would I have to get them from individual sites or the main HP site?
So I need to just update Mootherboard (How do I find that info without taking the case apart), GFX Card, which will be the ATI drivers and then just run a windows update and that should fix it?

Just out of interest, did this care come with the machine?

The reason I ask is because if it's a standard HP budget PSU then it might not be powerful enough for the card, hence the blue screens

Can you test it in a mates machine?

Motherboard drivers you may be able to find on the HP main site, failing that using your model number "a6557.uk" do a search on google to find out the make and model of your motherboard, however be 100% sure of the motherboard model before updating the bios.

First off, get the latest gfx card drivers, then do a windows update, once that has completed check for more windows updates, keep doing this until you have downloaded all the updates to offer. Try updating the motherboard bios last.

In fact thinking about it, it could be anything causing the blue screen's, update all drivers, sound etc. Get all your latest drivers from HP, any you cant find on the HP site, visit the components manufacturer site and download from there.
