Keep getting strange SMS

Keep getting a message that says "the contents of this message cannot be displayed" The sender field contains a symbol that looks like an E.

yeah I get MMS through OK, went into Orange shop at lunch they told me to call customer services & ask to speak to Tech

take the battery out of the phone for a few minutes then put back in and turn on. This re-registers your handset on the network and you should stop getting those messages.

Kept getting the same messages sent to me a few years ago on voda and this cleared the problem.
