BBC2 are showing old episodes of Floyd cooking programmes.The past week has been ...on Food,starting tomorrow it's ....on Fish.BBC2 2:45pm.Really entertaining to watch,totally down to his personality.I miss him

His interaction with the cameraman/director/guests is unique,can't think of any TV chef that comes close.Who else would cook on the deck of a small fishing boat,while sozzled

I remember watching him in India a few weeks back. Very enjoyable and rather funny. I only find the Hairy Bikers managing to be on the same sort of wavelength.

I love Keith Floyd. I'll never forget many years ago, I started watching a load of food shows and they were all showing you how to prepare dishes really carefully etc, and I tried to follow them for a while...then a Floyd show came on, and he basically just got a massive pot and started throwing things in it...No peeling, no cutting fish heads off, just lob a whole chicken in there....its how I cook now
