Kepler vsync stutter - simple method to test

Select Readability test
Set speed to 8 (anything fast will do)

The fixed speed scrolling text shows stutter at least once a second. This method can be used to verify if/when it gets fixed.

I wasn't getting stutter once a second, after leaving it for a fairly long while it only showed 3 dropped frames at the top right, so I guess it doesn't affect me much.
