Kernel-Power Event ID 41

for stock I would manually set the cpu pcie clock to 100

set vcore voltage response to fast

set pwm phase control to extreme performance

also be on the latest mb bios version

Ive been getting the 41 kernal power errror but only getting shutdowns when gaming ive bought a new psu and gpu but was still getting them im just waiting for my mb cpu and ram to come back from ocuk after testing with no faults found so will be intresting to see if i still get them once i put it back together ive also just bought a new hdd to use

event 41 kernel power just means the pc shutdown unexpectedly (it isn't the real cause/reason of why it crashed)

try to catch the bsod code when it happens or look in event viewer for other things

@ op you could also try one ram stick in a a time and test with normal usage/gaming over a few days, you could have a faulty or failing ram stick

Right been messing around with this today,I tried an application called "Video Card stability test" and it done the same, restarted in about 3 mins.

With Nvidia drivers been a bit iffy lately,I rolled back 2 versions to 345.20 and now it does not crash in the same test..solid...im wondering if its the latest Nvidia drivers causing the issue.

Will try BF4 shortly.
