Key bind software

Is there such software that will allow me to for eg. set it up so that when i press a certain key it types in a certain sentence.

I'm going to be using this in CoD BO when logging in and kicking people from the in-game console and typing it out all the time is a pain.

Don't know about just a software solution, but you could go for a Logitech G15 keyboard, with the extra keys that can be assigned key sequences.

Looks like my only option TBH, but they cost a bomb.

You should be able to do it with AutoHotkey.

Not sure if it would be picked up as an attempted cheat if the game uses Punkbuster or anything though.
