For 13, same again... remember where your mouse pointer is in order to fire the pointer at the key and door. click again when your mouse when the mouse pointer is over the key/door. You only have 3 tries per go.

i press the button but it changes everything twice, and the one where all the lines meet always just skips past

Click and hold your mouse button on the button on the screen until you see the one where the lines meet. Mark it with your finger then click on that spot. Do the same again to get the door.

ah ok, i find that i can get the mouse there in time, but usually the blind is just touching it which means i cant pick up the key.
