Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese) on iCloud backup?

Hi All

I’m not very switched on with technology if you’ll pardon the pun so I’m hoping someone can advise me.

I went into my iCloud on my iPhone 7 this evening and there’s something being backed up called Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese) which I’ve not noticed before. I’ve recently updated the software on the phone so it’s all up to date. What is this please? Is this something I need or is it something nasty? It’s using 3.8MB of space.
