Keyboard isn't working

ok so i ordered a Merc Stealth keyboard and it arrived today.

however when i plugged it in and windows went to install driver for it i got this error message

i have the drivers from the disc installed but it still comes up as an unrecognized device in device manager.

i have uninstalled and reinstalled the software but it still doesnt work. any ideas?

im on vista 64

and theres nothing in support to help

Have you downloaded the latest x64 drivers from Ideazon?

Are you using SP1? There's a known issue with the Stealth on Vista64 SP1 which Ideazon haven't fully fixed yet. There's a kinda temporary/workaround thingy here.

Apologies if this is not the issue affecting you, but I can't see the error message you posted!

it seems image shack is down

no havnt got sp1 installed

i registered to their forums but havnt gotten a confirmation email yet hopefully somone there will know
