Keyboard not working after startup

So of a sudden i got this annoying problem i cant seem to figure out.

On startup when windows is logged on, my keyboard (Qpad MK85) does not work. Can't type at all. Even pressing the CAPS LOCK the light doesn't come on.

But after unplugging then re plugging it back in it works? pressing DEL gets me into BIOS ok.

This is a clean install of windows on my new SSD.
All drivers are up to date
I even updated my BIOS today but that did not fix it.
Tried Different USB ports

What could be causing this

Try a USB 2.0 port

Tried every port on the back of my PC

Tried stock clock still have same problem

Really weird, Out of no where it said my device is ready to use. Restarted pc and it works fine now o.0
