keyboard taking 3 spaces instead of one?

My logitech MX3200 keyboard isn't happy with one space when you press the space bar and insists on taking 3 spaces instead, tried reconnecting, tried control panel, it's started doing it this afternoon whilst my lass was on pc and she has no idea what she has done.

It takes one space, then 2 quick ones, don't know if it's anything to do with word as she has been using that. I'm on vista btw.

tested it on another pc/ tested another keyboard on that pc? if it does it on other pc's too its prob the keyboard.

it was fine this morning it's also a week old keyboard.

Call up Logitech and get it replaced... I have heard that Logitech's procedure on dealing with faults is very good

Blame the lass, always works for me, anything even looks like it's wrong i blame her, and the great thing is she can't deny it when you tell her how many gigabytings she has lost in your transformational capacitator

Could be a long shot, but try changing (or checking) the region/language of the keyboard in Control Panel.

On Logitech Media Keyboard Elite when I set its correct region/language, United States International (its got $ & € under 5 & % key) some symbol keys have to be pressed twice to appear :mad:

If I set to US its fine but have no € :confused:

& problem could be with the keyboard because happens in both XP & Vista!

That's funny, I thought it was only my G15 keyboard that took up too much space.
