Keyboard (vacuum) Cleaners

Vacuum it! :D

Just hold the nozzle in one hand, and the case in the other, (so you are grounding the nozzle) so no static will build up.

It's by FAR the best way to clean inside your PC :)

I'm going to give it a go! I'm sure the freezes I'm getting recently might have something to do with fans etc being clogged up with dust. Now if only I can find that bottle of 'Shake n Vac' :)

Oh my God. I've just set up my new Steelseries keyboard and after all I said about not yanking the keys out above... 2 keys were loose in the box! They go back in quite easy too I might add so later on, I might just wash the keys like some of you are already doing :)

God I dread to think what the inside of my (3yr) old PC looks like, if I thought it was safe to vacuum, I'd have given it a once over ages ago :)

WOW...you haven't opened up your case for three years!? You're probably going to need a shovel and a couple of large bin bags, forget the usb hoover! ;)

Get in there my son! (in the case I mean) :)

Got given one for christmas few years back. They couldn't even hold to my finger while upside down. Don't think of wasting your money on them.

As people have said before - soft paintbrush and hover the remains.

I'd like to see the guy who said 10 minutes to clean a keyboard do mine... DiNovo Edge - takes about a minute to put each key back on. :)

What's the best way to clean a laptop style keyboard? The keys don't seem to want to pop off and I don't want to force it.

Unless there's a particular way to do it?

Edit: Nevermind, loads of videos on YouTube (virtual keyboard is slooooow).
