Keyboard with just Numbers and F-keys?

Does anyone know of any keyboards out there with just numbers (like a keypad) AND all the F-Keys? I can find keypads easily enough, but not ones with F-Keys as well.

and/or

Are there any keyboards out there that allow you to program the keys. Ie, reassign the spacebar as F6?
Edit (Can't be done with software btw, as its being hooked up to a minidisk player)

You could possibly DIY one, there's a site that sells a device called an IPAC. It's normally used for DIY arcade machines and it emulates a keyboard. You can connect up to 28 buttons on the PS/2 versions and you can program the flash rom on them to assign those inputs to any keys of your choosing. The USB version can't store key layouts so avoid that one.

Probably wouldn't look very professional but it would work.
