My Pleasure. As i said earlier my last one lasted over 18 months so the value comes in time. You can settle into the keyboard for ages without having to get used to another every 3 months. Just a gorgeous & functional set of keys which are tough enough to take the Abuse of many heavy FPS sessions.
All we have to do now is get Oc to stock them again

Yeah onlly thing i can think of which may take some getting used to is the enter key is smaller then normal , but i'm sure i'll get used to it! know what you mean not the easiest thing to find in stock mine came all the way from bodmin in cornwall

MM maybe , but I have to say this keyoard really is a very good example of a keyboard. I don't mind paying for something it is good. thumbs up again malc.just home its good for gaming also

what length of cable is on this keyboard, my keyboard position is a few feet away from my htpc. not sure if i need a ps2 extention.

depends on how mcuh you hammer it I.E online gaming etc

I have a Speedlink Illuminated Dark Metal KB and it's SUPER for gaming! I think it's the same as the above mentioned KB only mine has fancy blue lights (A). Anyway for gaming I would recommend this one or the other Speedlink.

I judge it compared to others i have used which have lasted me No longer than 3 months. I am brutal with my KB's, I have massive hands & am about as delicate as a jackhammer. I play FPS daily in the style of Dougy

There was a thread similar to this a few weeks ago, many people including myself recommende the Cherry boards. theres 2 available on OCUK, the cheaper one I have used and it love it to bits.

I have a soft touch and it's really good, simple but looks like it'll last a while. Would like to get something quieter though, parents get annoyed at night because of how loud I type.

Again just completed by first effort with this keyboard on COD 4 takes a bit of getting used to , but it is all in all a superb keyboard thanks again malc . Very good recommendation!

Just used mine for a bit of COD4. Topped the scores for the first time & scored just under 500 points HQ is rocking my world at the mo.
Had it since Sat night & am at captain now. Top game for sheer brutality.

carrying on with this thread can anyone recommend me a cheap cheap laptop style keyboard for work. Because I'm just loving the low profile keys and when I go back to work keep catching keys I shouldn't be

Can someone recommend a decent keyboard and mouse.
Preferably one that does not interfere with my microsoft one in the other room.

Are any of them switchable to alternate frequencies ?

i have two systems one in each bedroom. Both have the MS intelimouse and i can operate one machine from the other. There never appears to be anyway of switching them to some other "band". its a real hassle. I have tried the reconnect button and it does nothing. there is not real Bluetooth connection code as far as i know.

I got the Speedlink after Malc recommened it in an older thread.
Had it about 6months and now the spacebar is dodgy,needs a very hard push to work.
