Keychain problems.

I am unable to get this working .

I had it working previously, on my iPhone 6+ but restored it recently.

My MacBook Pro Retina asks for a security code (which I have) and then says it will text a number to my mobile number (but no such thing happens) and the same happens on my iPhone 6+.

I have no idea how to get round this, even the approve from other devices does nothing as nothing comes up on my iPad, MacBook Pro Retina or iPhone 6+.

Any help? Before I nip in to the Apple store .

Are you certain the mobile number associated to your iCloud account is correct? Log into your account on the website and check if uncertain...

The phone support for apple is nothing short of superb. Give them a call and they will fix this - I had a similar problem, they had to reset something for me.

I ended up scheduling phone support from Apple.

Absolutely fantastic support (as per usual) and they fixed it over the phone .

I have no idea, the woman on the phone asked me some details and to confirm a few details and then I could use my Keychain again.

I have no idea if the text messages are working again or not, I did not need to use them.
