Just ordered one of the these for my HTPC to replace my Rii Mini Bluetooth (which is a pile-o-crap), please tell me it's good!

HEADRAT

I got the bluetooth version and it does the job. RF should be better signal wise, the bluetooth signal kept dropping when the slightest thing got in the way.

I had one of those, then replaced it with the bluetooth version.

Don't believe the distance they say it can do, whatever they say, halve it at least.

Gone through two of these/ Not very good quality replaced with a Logitech Mini dinovo. Much better

Ahh, now that does look good, my biggest gripe is that I don't have decent media controls (play, stop etc). Does let you control the mouse pointer as well?

The switch at the top toggles between Media mode and pointer mode, When the togelis in pointer mode the keyboard turns red and the arrows keys are replaced with a trackpad

Aye, I went and had a look and bought one. Seen it was Bluetooth though, which is a bit of a downer.

Yes that is probably the worst thing about it but its MUCH betetr quality than the Keysonic i had before. Best thing is that Logitech have just awsome RMA so any problems they will replace it.

I think it has Bluetooth because it has two modes. PS3 and PC, There is a toggle under the battery lid for it

I've got the dinovo mini, really happy with it. I've also used teh black alumium keysonic which I thought was good.

The only downside of the dinovo mini is it feels a bit loose and plastiky to me, but love it none the less.

Keysonic ACK-540RF = Cheap carp.

Just don't like it, feels cheap (I guess because it is cheap), seems to lock up on a regular basis needing the batteries to be taken out to make it work again :(

Rubbish.
