Keystokes Beep on Laptop

Just formatted my Dell CPi and every single keystroke in windows makes a beep.

I can mute sound and it doesnt make a noise. So its gotta be windows. Looked through options cant see anything, never seen anything like this before. HELP PLS!

I think it's sticky keys, to turn it off I think you press control and shift at the same time.

Don't think that's sticky keys personally. On mine it only makes a noise when its activated and that comes from the mobo rather than the speakers.

Saying that, I'm not sure what it is really. Go into the control panel and to Windows sounds and disable noises until it disappears or just select 'no sounds'. That should sort it.
