Hello there, so I’ve bought myself a 3080Ti HOF about 3 months ago and I’ve been enjoying it so far, however, last week on Wednesday I was playing some BF2042 and the third fan literally fell off inside the case.
I rang OCUK about it and they’ve sent me a prepaid label alongside the RMA# right away. Sent it to them early morning on Thursday and they’ve received it on Friday while I got an email saying that they sent the GPU back to the manufacturer.
I wanna ask if anyone had to RMA a GPU from KFA/GALAX in the past and how long was it for you?
