Just picked one of these up on a 52 plate with 53k on clock, metallic grey fsh both bodywork and interior like new, one owner from new old couple in the mid 60's.

Has electric windows front & back, electric mirrors, electric sunroof, AC and a decent 6 speaker CD setup, seats are really comfy, ABS, central locking ect ect.

Price £875 :)

Engine a 1.6 16v and is spotless, just been for a quick drive init and it perfect not a squeek or knock engine is silent, and drives very smoothly, very nice & easy car to drive.

Insurance cheapest atm is £332 fully comp
Tax over £200 a year though :(

Now i've never bothered to even look at a Kia before, until i saw this for sale and thought what the hell, im actually very suprised and really do like it a lot.

Shaped based on a Mazda 323 i think.

Basically for those after their first car or some cheap runabout, have alook at Kia's, instead of the usual Ford Feista's or Mondeo's, because for the price of a rust bucket basic ford, you can get a fully kitted out Kia with low mileage & decent bodywork.

plus you be safe in the knowlege of knowing your car will be safe were ever you park it, as car thevies will proberly not even take a glance at it.

:D
Not trying to **** on your bonfire but I helped a guy get his keys out of one after he locked himself out. It took about 3 mins of flexing the door by hand to get in and I'm by no means an expert in this sort of thing. Your average scumbag will know this and would rather break into your car in 2 minutes than a fiesta or mondeo that'd take considerably longer/be more hassle.

Well that good to know, if the scumbags know this then least they won't damage your door trying to prise it open with a screwdriver or whatnot :p:D

Tbh i've drove worst cars in the past than the Kia Mento, Fiat coming at the top of my list, even now people are still having problems with the latest Punto's ect.

I agree post 2000 Kia made shocking cars, but the quality has improved with the help from both Honda & Hyundia.
