Kicking Off in the West Bank

Instead of negotiating a handing over of Sadaat, they just go in and take him - and to hell with everyone else. Sounds typical bully behaviour which doesn't surprise me from Israel one bit... Besides Sadaat was under international supervision, why does Israel think the rules don't apply to them in that region? He hasn't even been any clear evidence that he's guilty anyway... Same old problems it seems.

Agreed. I can't understand why we give them any support anymore. If they say they’re a civilized democracy why don't they behave like one? Personally I have no time for them or their antics.

Nicely said Freefaller, stupid ole israel always causing the same ole problems are per usual.

It's crazy it really is. When I was in Italy I was chatting to a couple of Isrealis and they were really nice people to chat to and a great laugh, just a shame there isn't more of them like that :(

Agreed. I have a couple of jewish friends who abhor the behaviour of their politicians, and fear that there is so much money and propaganda injected into their lives that it's hard to shake it off. It's madness. To be honest there are very few level headed Israelis who condone the actions which is a shame, I think a lot of them want to dis-associate themselves, which I can understand.

great, this thing will cause further problems to the innocent people on both sides, who always end up getting caught up with the actions of the few mad politicians and nutcases.

Why the hell cant israel just let him be kept under international supervision?

Because they are mighty brave soliders, and they want to show they are not to be messed with... They are just bullies, end of... toys out of pram etc... It's so pathetic.

tbh, this has been coming for a while. I cant understand the mentallity of some people, but it stems from religion and war....the two always seem to go hand in hand!

Its actions like these escalate the violence rather than bring them all together at the negotiating table
