Not sure why some people are not on Windows 10 yet. It's a fantastic OS. I'll never go back to Windows 7.

Played a lot on Xbox so will be moving over to it on the PC can't wait to fire up Cinder again.
For those new to KI the free character rotates each month but there will be a supreme edition including season 1/2/3 for $49.99 / £35 (although you don't get the original KI arcade included) which is a steal.

Got to give it to Iron Galaxy, this is a fantastic port. Running on my emulator PC which has an 4670K at stock, Geforce 950 and 8GB ram. It looks and runs better than the Xbox One version.
Also tried it on my main gaming PC, looks lovely at 2560 x 1440.

Couple that with the fact that Windows 10 was installing without users permissions and now anybody on the fence yet to upgrade has been put off of it.
No thanks, I'm not buying any Win10 store exclusive games. Even if they were to release Halo 3 Anniversary (or MCC) as a Windows 10 store game.

Played online for a couple of hours against an Xbox One friend, forgot how good the netcode is and how fun the game is, cross-play appears to be working great!.
Heh, Twitch isn't really a good indication of game sales (especially only 2 hours after release/unlock...), as viewership is primarily driven by the notoriety of who is streaming.
KI is sitting at 2800 viewers just now, but that will jump way up if some popular streamer like maximilian_dood starts streaming.
There are never going to be big sales for a game that initially released over 2 years ago on another platform, but it'll probably get close to their expectations on W10.

W10 works great for me,better than the crap Vista an a bit better than 8.
The windows store is a mess an like a labyrinth to find anything but, the game looks an plays great for a port.
As bad as the store is its well worth buying unless you have a couple of £100 spare to buy the console/xbl sub an the game packs.
Some people (not pointing the finger before any one gets offended) just like to moan with no real reason to why they don't purchase some items, was the same with w-store an GOW.
Just buy the game if you enjoy it...............................

Had a quick blast on lunch today and it runs really well.

Same here Greg, the store build for such an entity as Ms is very poor, thought they said it was coming in a patch :/
Surprised it hasn't dropped by now.

I hate windows 10 and windows 8
I went back to windows 7 !
when the security updates stop for windows 7, I will have to upgrade, so I will get killer instinct then
I tried upgrades to 10 on both my desktop and sons laptop. Both failed miserably or gave me issues.
I build a MAME cabinet specifically to play KI2, as finding one of the original cabs in good condition is virtually impossible nowadays. Shame this is W10/WS only though
Still play it myself every now an then on Mame,great emu for some of the classics.
So this is now on Steam, anyone here purchased it? Any good?
Part of me fancies grabbing it, but then another says wait until it is £10-15 on sale in 6-12 months, or maybe even as early as xmas sales.

i still have the free version on W10, and although i haven't played it a while now, free version does seem like you play with a character that you cant choose, but as you keep playing it, i have played with other characters, but not by my chosen hand, only if you get them as you go along
