Try the search function, same discussion took place last week... bottom line it's not majorly better than any other good (or not so good) NIC. A NIC will not cause your lag to be majorly improved on an online game - your connection, the location of the server you play on, it's load, the speed and number of hops and carrier used on those hop's will make a much more significant impact. A killer NIC may help and is speculated to give you anything from 1-10% more fps and less lag by bypassing the native tcpip stack and doing everything in hardware as opposed to using cpu cycles for network IO but at $280 you could buy a faster cpu or better yet overclock your existing one for more significant gains.
