the belly is defo smaller and you can clearly see by the stats my weight has dropped very quickly :) face is defo thinner and the belly is no longer sticking out to much lol and the moobs have nearly gone.

is it best to just keep going on what im doing? 7 days a week at the gym, im actually enjoying it all!

Lifting heavy weights burns more calories (even if you dont want to gain muscle, it'll burn more calories at rest).

Could try varied resistance cardio to up the fat burning.

Read the bodybuilding sticky.

HIIT, is awesome for stripping fat. Have a google, and do this at least once a week.

Do weights first then cardio after.

Have a look at either the sticky on here, or Riptoes SS.

Little update!

My weight dropped to 83.0 and has now gone up to 83.7 however my arms have grown!! And I didn't have loads of carbs yesterday and today :(

I dont think the stomach has changed! What do you guys think?

One other thing, I am doing the same lifts on both arms yet one is bigger than the other :( is there away to change this or just keep going?

It looks like you've lost a bit around your love handle sort of area and as kalvindeane said one side will nearly always be bigger than the other just keep going and it will probably level out over time.

Might I ask why you said 2 weeks in out of 10? Are you trying to lose weight for an event? Or is it that your chosen program is 10 weeks long?

2weeks isn't a long time, but 3.8kg is a pretty big improvement, if you stick at it, it'll fall off in no time.

Id put more emphasis on the weights, they will change your shape more and bring out your back/chest and thus make your waist look smaller (ie doing a proper weights split before cardio including heavy compound lifts).

This doesnt mean try bulking up, I'd continue to try drop some bodyfat first.

Looks like youve dropped a bit of weight, though in the first few weeks a lot of the weight you drop will be water weight.

I am working away for 10 weeks so evenings I have nothing to do but gym or watch tv lol

Have been doing more free weights than resistNce weights now, so hopefully I will start seeing results. I do prefer resistance stuff

We need to play some squash when you get back :) (and my shoulder's finally sorted..)

defo looks like may sometime now but might be right off to wales
