Lets just re-wind right back to the beginning. That way we can address the whole subject of this thread.
So, first we need to make sure we're all using the same formula. First, there are no such thing as ghosts.
So, with this in mind we can start to use basic maths:

Xbox sensors glitching + gullible person + no such thing as ghosts = No Ghosts

Or to simplify the formula further

No such thing as ghosts = No ghosts

There you go. You can relax now.
