I wonder how early I can get away with putting the kids to bed tonight? :cry:

Sods law. Had the day off today. My son napped for almost three hours. But the release time was 4pm!

As someone who likes his desktop to be clear of any icons, that screenshot is triggering all manner of OCD in me :)
 
Just got home and booted it up, replaced the DLSS with newest + Preset K (though I have to say K does have some ghosting again from what I've seen in other games), looks and runs lovely at ultra settings with DLSS Quality at 4K, only thing I did do was turn sharpening off for now, need to have a fiddle with it later

Anyway back too HFW for now too finish it off then I can fully go into KCD2

From what I read, there is little to no acknowledgement of anything the main character did in the first game so wouldn't let that hold you back.
 
Played for about 90 minutes. No bugs or issues, 60fps on ultra preset without drops. The user interface (inventory etc) is artistically probably most gorgeous I have ever seen, just pleasure to look at. Looking forward to playing more.

I completely understand - I used to use Steam as my game launcher and had empty desktop.
But since I started using Gamepass, and its games could not be added to Steam, I switched to the desktop being my game launcher.

I have not even redeemed the key from cdkeys yet. Man has 90 minutes played.

By the time i launch the game he will be on his 2nd playthrough!
 
Looking forward to playing this, loved the original. About as close to time travel as we'll ever get.

Are there any boob mods yet?
 
I never got on with the first game because of the "jankiness" in combat/controls and various technical issues when it first launched. How does this one compare for those who have played it ? On paper, this is the exactly the sort of game I should enjoy, but then that was true of the original too and I didn't gel with it.

You can add them too steam and just use SteamGridDB if you want them to look "legit"
