** Kingdom Come : Deliverance 2 **

Finally met Sigismund for the first time. It is funny to see he is played by famous Czech actor (whom nobody outside the country knows).

Anyway, few more shots from yesterday.
I am so impressed by the CPU optimization - 122fps with about 20 simulated NPCs on screen in a large city which has zero loading screens - compare that to Dragon's Dogma 2..
All 16 threads suitably in use.

This is the Lord of the Rings of games, you wish you could forget it, so you could experience it again for the first time

For me the best aspect of the game is the environment. The fields, forests, villages, castles etc...

Would you agree the game has a very old school Bethesda feel to?

Like Oblivion or Skyrim.

Totally agree here, KCDs depictions of forests (which actually feel like forests due to the density of foliage as much as aesthetics and not just some trees in a group) and its towns (Kuttenberg for example actually feels like a city, with its layout, aesthetic and living, breathing environment, rather than an ingame "city" which is nothing more than a bunch of buildings that you cant enter and static or limited npcs) sets a bar for me which I fear few games will reach.

They've created a phenomenally good gameworld

Hah the attention to detail..if you throw a stone at water and have decent enough agility, it will do "ducks and drakes" (I had to find how to say this in english, in Czech we say žabka which means froggie).

Yup, one of the best and makes all the other games feel like an artificial theater or movie backdrop.
However, to me, the original Beta from KCD had something even more special, there was something else about it, including world building (with the vegetation) that made it even more "alive" while KCD 2 feels a bit too "gamy".

Just finishing the quest with the mines.

Got me a new horse that I negotiated down to 3.5K named Mark. Can carry more and has much more stamina.

The pacing of the game could probably be improved a bit.

What I mean is I have almost got every perk going and I am only putting perks in to skills I dont use at this point as I have excess.
