** Kingdom Come : Deliverance 2 **

I do wonder for their next game if it would be good if they did another time period.

They could do medieval Jerusalem, England during the Viking times, Viking Scandinavia, Ancient Rome, Ancient Greece, Ancient Egypt etc... etc...

Lack of HDR is quite an omission and RTX HDR is not great either. But the engine is very well done and scalable. A breath of fresh air compared to all the UE5 unoptimised crap.

The game itself started very boring for me with the on rails tutorial and the story is pretty poor overall. But boy is the combat is terrible, and no it’s not a skill issue. It’s the same complaint as the earlier game, it just becomes cheesy.

I tend to get very bored when it’s forcing me down yet another terrible plot “plot twist”, or obvious trap. But I do enjoy the open world aspects and the detailed environments. For me they are the big redeeming feature that makes me come back for more.

A mixed bag for me but overall well worth the money I spent.

With some missions\tasks there can be multiple options on how to complete it, some can be awkward, that one if I remember correctly had to go back to the pen rather than to the person. The main story progresses and can help get some rewards or items but for me I just ignored it and went exploring for ages. I think finding the dog is a long task but you can break them up by doing other things along the way.

Check in the journal (???) tab where you can track or un-track up to 3 quests.

I wish there was more to spend money on. I have over 40k and barely nothing to spend it on except cooked chickens and a bath

You are like 1% done if that. There is ao much to do it is unreal. I was poor at the start too for a while. Now I have so much money with nothing to spend it on.

That's why I put other games on hold and only play this now with what little gaming time I get.

That's why I haven't got the game yet. I know I would stop playing everything else.

Hope somebody out there makes a VR mod for it.

EDIT: For those that are interested, there is a VR Mod, Luke Ross has added the game to his R.E.A.L. VR Mod. But you have to use gamepad or keyboard and mouse. Hopefully he will add the use of controllers in the next release!!

I'm so glad I got an OLED monitor recently. This game looks bloody amazing!

I've only just finished the 'For Whom The Bell Tolls' questline. I don't get much time to play, so this game should last me a while!
