Kingston Hyper X Memory Problem

I purchased the KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GX memory kit from OCUK and it arrived earlier today. I am not able to get it to work at all. If I let the motherboard detect it then the comp just restarts over and over. I am unable to even access the BIOS with the new memory in.

I have an i5-750 Processor and ASROCK p55 Pro Motherboard.
