Kingston SSD Drive Poor Write Performance

I have a Kingston SH103S3240G SSD drive which is giving a very poor write speed. I have checked to make sure the drive is connected to the correct SATA ports, but this has not improved my write speed.

I have attached an image of the write speeds.

do you know if ACHI is enabled on the sata ports in the bios at all? you normally get 3 options of IDE, RAID or ACHI

I have checked and the ACHI are enabled on the sata ports.

Quoted speeds are best case senario, atto often shows this

Having a look around it does look like your write speeds are lower than you should be getting.

I have checked the firmware, which was on 521.

I have updated to the latest firmware which is 526, but without any write speed gains.
