Gd job on getting rid of it, their support is awful post sale. We've tied ourselves down with a 2 year license.

Those that say you don't need AV really don't experience what happens in a typical work environment. The new viruses that are appearing are massively infectious and appear from all sorts of places, the latest one that hit a client was from a drive-by web advert.

How bad, we've finally managed to get the ball rolling to move away from AVG (although 2016 has massively improved detection rates) and BitDefender was one of the considerations.

I would never NOT have an anti virus suite on my pc, that's just me. I get no popups and I am careful of what I download, but still wouldn't ever not have any AV.
