There was loads reduced in the store yesterday (whole sea bass for £0.20) so I've brought a lot and stuck it in the freezer.

Does anyone have any good idea on what to do with seabass, preferably on a relative budget?

Also, got a few kipper which could also do with some attention.

Any recommendations?

Thanks

BBQ it. Keep it simple .. some slices of lemon inside, salt and pepper. tie up with string and bbq it indirectly.
serve with anything you like really :)

This, or wrap it in tinfoil and oven it, definitely throw some garlic and maybe a bit of butter in there to.

Sea bass works really well with Asian flavours; Chilli, Lime, Ginger etc. I also like it with Ratatouille.

Personally I'd just have the kippers with some fresh bread and butter.
