Can anyone recomend me some exercises to strength the muscles around my knee? I have a slightly problem with my knee that causes cracking sounds when i bend it (especialy with my weight on it, like 1-legged squats), and i have read that as long as i am not feeling any pain from this, that it is not a important issue (ie, the cracking may sound bad, but it wont cause any health problems), and that i should strengthen my knee so that my muscles take more of the weight off my joint.
This noise is just in my right knee, but idealy i would like to be recomended some exercises that work on both of my legs so they both develop together.
