knee support advice

i am looking for a good recommendation for a knee support

it's got be able to offer good support and be comfortable and not to bulky (as well as gym needs to be wearable under trousers for work)

It depends on the injury and what you're using it for. Prolonged use can weaken the joint so bear this in mind also.

I prefer the closed knee one peice lycras. But I only use it for rugby to protect a weakness in my cartilidge.

Have you been recommended support by your GP/Physio?
