i thought it was quite good. had quite a few really good laughs through it

I agree with this on the other hand i think ancorman is crap

I hate how in the adverts they have a quote from somewhere stating "nearly a perfect comedy", I don't want to ever read any reviews from whoever wrote that review because of that, I doubt I'll go see it to make my mind up but we'll see.

You seem surprised, I take it you thought it was an all out comedy as opposed to a romantic-comedy.

Myself, I thought it was excellent.

You could tell from the quickest of glimpses at a print advert (and the title) that it wasn't an all-out comedy. Watched this last night and was very impressed, considering that I usually think romantic-comedies are going to be a load of crap.

Well worth a watch.

Didnt think that much of this - got dragged to it by my friend due to the adverts on telly (best comedy of the year (sic)) and regretted going.

Thankfully I have an Unlimited ticket so didnt waste the entrance fee - guess it has an audience if you are looking for a dumbed down American comedy; it even missed out on the 'so bad, its good' category...

The girl was hot though...

Superbad looks good/stupid :)

ps3ud0

Me and the girlfriend went to watch this on Tuesday. We both really enjoyed it! Not on the same level as Anchorman for me due to the romantic side of the story but still enjoyable and funny nonetheless.

Defo one to see with your girlfriend and not the lads though I think :)

Went with both whilst in Dublin and really enjoyed it despite thinking I wouldn't and grumbling because we didnt watch something involving violence.

Very good comedy i thought, even if the birth scene was a bit grim.

Yeh, but I don't think that was ever in question, I don't think they made it out to be anything other than what it is, a chick flick. Anyone who goes to see this expecting anything other than a chic flick will be disapointed.

Thought it was really good with some great lines.
Loved the bit with the chairs in Las Vegas.
And i always wondered how you got pink eye
