Hi, i am sorry but i have tried to Google but between reading endless posts an AI i am well and truly stuck. All of a sudden the RGB on all four fans (3 front and 1 rear) have stopped working, the fans are fine. It is an ASRock motherboard but doesnt have rgb control as it is an H310CM-HDV motherboard(the pc was a one i bought as i couldn't build one). My RGB is with a remote to change colour and pattern etc. The RGB when i bought it cycled through colours and patterns , they were then fixed on just pink but i honestly cant remember if i done that with the remote or not. Regardless they have now stopped all together, the only thing i possibly noticed was the bottom fan RGB ring possibly looked slightly paler but that could also of been ambient light in the room. Everywhere says check loose wires, my question is after years in the same pc position (other than one room rearrange ages ago) could the wires/connectors suddenly become loose. If so how do i check, i looked inside and the cables are all so neat and tidy, one tiny two pin connector looked loose but i gave it a gentle push and it doesnt look like it was loose, i unplugged it and plugged it back but thats as far as i was willing to go without advice. I am ex motor trade for over 30 year so am au fait/careful around connectors and wiring etc but this i feel is beyond me. My settings say no dynamic lighting devices connected. Could it be a software issue, do they have drivers? Any help would be massivley appreciated as the thought of a loose connector is a bit daunting and i dont want it becoming a potential fire hazzard if that is possible. Its been like this week now but only thought id look into it today hence me seeing loose connector / possible fire hazzard posts. It will be getting shut down and switched off when not in use like it is now until it is resolved. Sorry if this is the wrong forum but as it is an RGB case i am hoping i posted correctly.
Many thanks in advance for your help.
