Korea preview quotes - Ferrari, HRT, Virgin, Force India & more
If there is one thing all the drivers and their teams love, it is a challenge, and the inaugural Korean Grand Prix should certainly be one of the biggest challenges of the season. Only just approved by the FIA, the Yeongam track is a real unknown quantity. Although they have undoubtedly studied the circuit map and sampled it on a simulator, the drivers have yet to experience the newly-built circuit for real, and they clearly can’t wait to get cracking. The drivers and team personnel reveal their preparations...

Thanks, forgot to say I'm on a stag weekend. so there will be no updates as I will be in a drunken state, trying to embarrass the stag as much as humanly possible.

Going to requote the bit that I think is just slightly off the wall there.

provided they don't do anything to 'hamper' each other.

Now....this to me is a bit like the offside rule in football. Apparently, you aren't offside if you aren't 'interfering with play' - well, what the **** are you doing on the pitch if you aren't interfering with play? What's your purpose? Why are you being paid? And by the same token, if you aren't 'hampering' your team mate then you aren't ******* well racing are you?

It's time RBR 'fessed up. They've screwed the pooch - they didn't expect Webber to be as strong as he has been, and didn't expect Vettel to screw up as much as he has done. So they should admit that they've ******* up, tell Seb that he's got to do rear-gunner duty if he wants to remain with the team, and try to counter the lurking threat from Alonso. Or they risk doing what McLaren did in '07, and allow a Ferrari driver to waltz on through and take the championship.

Disclaimer - yes, I've been to the pub ;)

I think this could be a really good race. Quite a difficult circuit (at least it is on f1 2010 :p) with some really good overtaking spots and sectors to suit all the cars. Looking forward to it! :D

Weird, that's the most sense you've made in years! :p

Given RBs strong reliability this end of the season I'm waiting for some 'unexpected' Webber issues. If they can hand it to Vettel, I'm still sure they will try.

Nice one again AH2. I'm hoping the McLarens will be up at the pointy end for this weekend (I say that every single GP weekend) considering the massive straights. Hopefully there will be tons of slipstreaming thanks to the track layout.

That vid was pure fantasy. The moment Vettel gets a whiff of an overtake on Webber he will, well... plow straight in to Webber, who will of course take no avoiding action whatsoever. :D

As for the track, well it's a case of three fast straights and then channel hop for a minute or so before returning to watch the quick bits again. Of course those hairpins and a certain Kamui 'Leroy Jenkins' Kobayahsi could be made for each other.

Well, I guess I should watch a few racing laps before laying in to Tilke again.
