As much as its good to see Aaron Taylor-Johnson getting more roles, do we reeeeeeeaaaaaaaalllllllly yet another Marvel comic book super-hero adaption, even if (presumably) it isn't within the cinematic MCU, despite being in the comic EU?

I don't really count their MCU content as their own stuff, as it's really made by the Marvel team with some funding/input from Sony big-wigs.

All the live action Spider-man spin off villian stuff has been meh IMO.

The animated stuff and video games are great though.

meh is generous to be honest

Looks like a cheap budget movie

This. I felt the same when I saw the Morbius Trailer. To date I still haven't seen that film and I suspect Kraven will be the same.

Apart from Spiderman Sony have the less known Marvel characters that most people just don't care about. I suspect legal issues stop Spiderman even appearing in these "spin offs" and that is the only thing that would make me interested in these movies (I did enjoy both Venom films though, but I could easily live without them)
