Hi all

I have a Kuhler h20 620 and i dunno where i bought it from, i thought it was from ocuk but checked account and doesnt seem to be there. :/

Anyhow i noticed my case being a bit noisy so took case side off and noticed that theres some liquid on psu and a tiny bit on back of gpu. Its leaking from the end pipe bits of the water cooler unit where the pipes meet the radiator.

I just emailed antec but doubt they will help.

What should i do.

Try get a replacement from antec somehow. If so how when i cant find a receipt.

Can i stop the leak somehow? Can i put some cardboard on the back of the gpu so the drip doesnt go on the gpu board? Or something?

Get a new aio water cooler if so which and grr i hate opening pc up especially when i have to deal with motherboard removing.

Edit - Found a receipt its from D... and its dated 2012. So probably out of warranty then i assume for leaks especially?

If it's out of warranty then you're out of luck. That's the downside of AIOs, they really are pot luck. Take it out immediately and get a decent air cooler.

FYI I had exactly the same leak with mine, it was in warranty however, Acemodder on these forums is the Antec rep, he sorted mine out, might be worth contacting him.

Hi Skeeter
Sorry to hear about your issue.

Your cooler will be out of warranty if you bought it in 2012, as the unit had a 3 year warranty (note our new AIO watercoolers now come with 5 years warranty).

I'm afraid there isn't much we can do for you now.

Can i buy some transparent silicon stuff (or something else you can think of) thats hopefully waterproof that comes in them tubes where you need that gun thing to use with (forgot name) and go around the seals and would that stop it ok or just remove the thing all together and get somit else?

Bodge fix something which could potentially cost you hundreds if not thousands if it goes wrong again
-or-
Spend £50-80 on a decent air cooler?

I swapped my 620 out before it leaked for exactly this reason, you don't know if/when they will
leak and when they do they could cost you a lot.
