I'm looking to add a KVM switch to my 2-PC/2-Monitor setup, what I'd like to do is as follows:

-Get a 3 PC KVM switch
-Setup the PC1 and PC2 devices on the switch as standard from the two PCs to the two monitors, so I can switch between a dual monitor display and my main keyboard\mouse combo for either PC
-For PC3 on the switch use the 3rd monitor output from each PC with PC1 going to Monitor 1 and PC2 going to monitor 2, with the 3rd display in Windows on each PC set to be a mirror of the primary display. For PC3 USB on the switch I would connect that to PC1, so that it used the main keyboard and mouse. The 2nd PC would then have a separate USB keyboard and mouse connected up directly.

I think this should let me either run each PC individually as a dual monitor setup, but also switch to a 3rd mode where I can have both PCs running together as a single monitor system, with separate keyboard\mouse for each one. Generally I use the PCs separately, but sometime will run the secondary one ripping discs or something while I'm working on the main one, so it would be nice when doing that to be able to easily move from one to the other without having to switch each time.

Can anyone see any issues with this idea?
