L4D2 any better than L4D1??

It's quite possibly the best game i've played this year. Different every time, and i've racked up 50 hours (which is nothing compared to other people on here). Yes the campaigns are lacking in numbers but the versus and addons are good, and i still play the original campaigns.

The problem probably lies, as many above have said, that by far to get the most out of it, you need to play with friends. Which probably explains why you had no fun :p
 
I'll wait 8 months for them to fix/add the majority of things they wont have at release so i dont play it till death and get bored before the game i was expecting is released.

Which i'm sure i will regret because there will be sure to be some classic moments in it.
 
l4d is a great game if you have a great team and communicate then you can go though any level on expert with ease...just over an hour for all was my best with myself and my english,french and american friends...same with survival,however i dont think much of the vs game;)
