L4D2 Graphics Bug?

So I was happily playing L4D2... I finish a campaign... I get back to the menu screen and BAM!

What the fork?

Happens with black/pink textures in L4D when the new update came out. I'll get fixed in due course.

looks cool, hope it isnt like that in game, I sometimes get pink glowing textures everywhere
and I have to restart the game (like in css)

mine did that a couple times when i alt tab and came back.

Restart the game, source engine sometimes doesn't load a texture and gives the default pink. Happens a lot with the reflection textures in game which gives the shiny pink effect.

Had the same issue yesterday, thought my gfx card was borked, as above minimise/maximise cured it.
