its debit card payment charge apparently

I could get around it by waiting for my bank link to be verified but its hardly worth worrying about that amount.

i thought u said both the others had paid already ;)

also option was to charge receiver or pay myself which is why you don't see the charge. from a brief glance round the net it seems it used to be free but now charges on debit + credit card payments.
 
Gah!! I said send as GIFT!! As for paid, brother said he had, but is now saying he has bank problems.

dude I DID send as gift. look round the net, gifting is not free anymore for debit and credit cards when you have no funds in account (as I didn't). Apparently this is a recent thing:

yup that's me. I think i'll cope with the 89p charge, and i've started the process to get my current account linked to paypal so I can avoid it in future.

you don't happen to know the person in your pic? if you do...*phrase that is banned and I never used anyway but is certainly appropriate now*

as the arsonist insect monster in my pic would say:

If people fancy a go at the pseudo-vs mod for the demo, add me and I can show you the server I've found that runs it. I ping like 200 to it when its full but its still playable.
