There are so many, I couldn't begin to make any kind of list. Most of the posters in La Cuisine are helpful and friendly - easily my favourite section of the forums at the moment.

As I said, too many to mention but a few stand outs for me are Ahleckz and Sonea Fifer in the whisky thread, tirelessly passing on their knowledge and experience. Also, as mentioned several times, Jonny69 for his bread thread. It didn't get me started making bread but it helped me once I had started with tips, advice and inspiration. Special mention also to Raymond Lin for some truly tasty dishes and awesome food photos in the "Show off your dish" thread. Also DirtyJester and Glaucus for never being far away and being generally helpful.

Wooden spoon goes to Randomshenans for the endless Instagram nonsense. Dude, just don't :p

Just back on here post Christmas; any mention of my name is most humbling. There are so many great posters on here now, it's a great place to be with all sorts of knowledge, and I think most importantly people willing to share it.

Personally, I first came here because of a Jonny69 post! Ha
