Hi,

I have a text file with 100s of addresses in the following format:

Code:
Address1 Line 1,
Address1 Line 2,
Address1 Line 3,
Address1 Line 4,

Address2 Line 1,
Address2 Line 2,
Address2 Line 3,
Address2 Line 4,

I need some software to parse them, and print them out to an A4 sheet of sticky label paper, I have the dimensions of the labels. I cant seem to get MS Office to import the addresses :( Is there any other software I can use for this that can import from text files?

Thanks

Bit long winded, but it should work:

1: Open the text file in word.
2: Edit > Replace and replace all comma followed by a carriage return (or paragraph mark) with just a comma.
3: Save it back as a text file, so you have a csv file.
4: Use the csv file as the source to mail merge the addresses into label templates (there's an option in Word's mail merge to produce labels).
5: Print labels.
